Each piece features our maker’s signature glaze technique, a closely guarded formula where iron oxide is suspended in a low-sheen white glaze. The result is a soft, sun-kissed finish with delicate freckling, as if the light has spent time basking in warm daylight.

Handmade in Tasmania, every Freckle wall light carries its own unique character. You may notice slight variations in size, form, and glaze, small beauty spots and organic inconsistencies that celebrate the artisanal nature of the piece. These are part of what gives Freckle its lasting value and individuality, not flaws.
