Clever use of space, designed for big energy.

The downstairs bathroom, which also serves as an ensuite to the guest bedroom, has been thoughtfully designed with 50 x 150 natural stone laid in a herringbone pattern. This is beautifully complemented by a subtle 6 x 6 lava-rock-inspired tile, with the two finishes working harmoniously alongside the oak cabinetry to create an elegant and refined space.

The perfect entertainer’s haven, designed for low-maintenance ease
One of the standout features of this home is the seamless way the indoor and outdoor spaces cascade into the living area, creating the ultimate entertainer’s setting. At the heart of the home, the kitchen offers an inviting sense of warmth through its oak accents and generous proportions. The butler’s pantry is an absolute dream—an extension of the kitchen—complete with ample storage.

Statement tiling introduces a refined palette of colour throughout
Whilst grounded in a neutral palette, the home is brought to life through considered injections of colour in both the styling and tile selections. A soft blue finger tile flows through the wet areas—namely the laundry and master ensuite—introducing a refined sense of texture and understated character.

Serene & Sculpted Spaces: A Private Escape
The master ensuite is truly elegant, centred around a stunning shower complete with a built-in bench seat. Natural light pours in through the skylight, softly reflecting off the steel blue finger tiles to create a calm, light-filled atmosphere. Accents of organic brass are thoughtfully integrated throughout the interior finishes, adding warmth and a refined sense of cohesion to this beautifully serene space.
Lighting has been carefully considered, with a skylight positioned above the shower to allow natural light to drench the space. Above the double vanity, two arched mirrors are paired with our popular mirror wall lights, centered as a duo between them. This clever placement allows light to softly bounce throughout the room, while the mirrors reflect both the skylight and the grand window—enhancing the sense of openness while maintaining a refined, luxurious feel.

Where a leafy outlook meets cosy comfort.
The master bedroom once again invites the outdoors in, capturing a leafy outlook across the Burleigh Golf Course. This connection to nature is echoed in the styling, where subtle hints of forest green are layered through the space, blending effortlessly with the timeless neutral palette to create a calm and refined retreat.

A façade that captures and reflects every ray
What is truly striking across both the façade and the pool backdrop is the use of a stunning beige gloss porcelain tile, delicately infused with a hint of peach. Its reflective finish not only ensures ease of maintenance but also captures and plays with light in the most beautiful way. This clever and considered design choice has become a defining feature of the home, elevating its overall aesthetic. We are absolutely thrilled to have been a part of this exceptional project. The home is currently on the market with Sarah Davari from One Agency. Open this weekend—an opportunity to experience firsthand just how beautifully finished this modern coastal residence truly is.

Emo Glam
Forget playing it “safe” - this is full-on mood lighting.
Deep tobacco velvets, smoky glass, and vintage brass fixtures bring theatrical flair that’s sultry without trying too hard.
Our creative director Jas’ tip is to mix a sculptural brass pendant with plush velvet cushions for maximum drama that still feels cosy.

Touch Me Textures
Our TBR interior team believes your home should feel like a second skin — soft, inviting, and tactile.
Boucle, suede, aged leather, and hand-thrown ceramics create an irresistible sensory experience. Run your fingers over a boucle throw or pop your glass of vino on a textured ceramic coaster, and you’re instantly grounded in luxury that feels real.
