This year marks a decade of tiles, lighting, and unforgettable projects.
Masterminds Jas and Kymmy have not only built a vibrant, inspiring space where designers, builders, and home renovators can touch and feel the latest trends, they’ve also nurtured a community where interior magic comes to life every day.
With the support of so many amazing in-house creatives along the way, they’ve turned vision into reality, one stunning project at a time.
Join us on a journey down memory lane, where the milestones, moments, and transformations that shaped our story come alive, as Jas reflects on her unforgettable path.

Reflections and Gratitude - By Founder, Jas
It’s hard to believe it’s been 10 years since Three Balls Red first opened its doors.
What a wild, beautiful, exhausting, exhilarating ride it’s been. Starting a business is never easy. Starting one with two young kids and a head full of ideas?
Slightly chaotic, but somehow, it worked. As I look back over the past decade, I’m filled with a deep sense of pride and gratitude for what we’ve built and, more importantly, who we’ve built it with.
From the very beginning, Three Balls Red has been a team effort. And when I say team, I mean every single person who has touched this business in one way or another.
First, I have to acknowledge my partner in crime, the yin to my yang. We're a bit of an odd couple on paper, but somehow, this thing works. I often say we’re best friends; you always deny it. I know better. You've been a rock in this journey, and I wouldn’t have wanted to do it with anyone else.

To our team, past and present, you are the heart and soul of Three Balls Red. This space has always been more than just a showroom or a workspace. It’s been a creative hub where ideas were shared, valued, and brought to life. We evolved because of you, because of your creativity, your commitment, and your belief in what we were trying to build.
A special mention has to go to Donna our first-ever employee, and still with us today. Your tile knowledge is second to none, and your loyalty means the world. And to Adam, our first warehouse boss and the ultimate handyman, thank you for making magic when we were just getting started with little more than a dream and some duct tape. Your impact runs deep.

Of course, none of this would be possible without our clients. Some of you have been with us since the very beginning, and watching your journeys unfold alongside ours has been nothing short of incredible. We’ve celebrated your milestones, weathered the challenges (hello, COVID), and supported each other through it all. Your loyalty and trust mean everything.
To our suppliers, thank you for your patience, your hustle, and your ability to always come through at the eleventh hour. You’ve sourced incredible products, packed urgent orders, and gone above and beyond to help us deliver. We see you, and we appreciate you.

To our wider community, the builders, architects, cabinet makers, plumbers, and tradies who’ve worked with us to bring so many beautiful projects to life, thank you.
It’s been amazing to watch the Gold Coast grow and transform over the past 10 years, and we feel truly privileged to have played even a small part in that.
Then there’s my personal village, my friends and family. Thank you for holding space, offering support, and cheering me on. I’ve missed moments I wish I hadn’t, but I hope I’ve shown my kids, and myself, what can happen when you back yourself and go for it.
Lastly, to my husband Ash, you’ve been my sounding board, my calm in the chaos, and the one who gently brings me back to earth when I float off with too many ideas. Your support has been constant and grounding, and I truly couldn’t have done this without you.
Ten years. One big team. Countless memories. Thank you for being part of the story so far.
Here’s to whatever comes next.
