The Gold Coast’s culinary and bar scenes have had a major metamorphosis in recent years and another example of this cultural shift is stylish Burleigh newcomer, Paloma.

The former Burleigh Bar & Bites site on James Street has been transformed by owners Karla and Alex Munoz Labart, of the hatted Restaurant Labart, into a neighbourhood wine bar which oozes laidback coastal cool.
With its calming colour palette inspired by the ocean, sand and sun and thoughtful interiors – think marine blue leather banquets, art by Brandon Lee Shaw and handblown Soktas pendant lights - Paloma is the perfect space to forget the frenetic pace of the outside world and relax and indulge in delicious drops and small plates.

Three Balls Red supplied the natural mixed stone crazy pave mosaic tutte le pietra tiles for the entry and the ocean-hued Zellige 100 x 100 tiles in Turchese for the statement bar.
