One of the most talked about properties of 2022, this mid-century-meets-contemporary architectural alpine lodge is a design-led masterpiece.

The multi-level six-bedroom, 795m2 retreat tucked away in the hinterland at Tallebudgera was built by PJH Constructions and artfully designed by Reece Keil Design.

Boasting a monochromatic colour palette and combining sleek, contemporary lines with the warmth of natural materials such a hardwood and stone, Kooringal Lodge oozes drama yet allows the beauty of the surrounding landscape to shine through the extensive use of large-scale glass windows.

Three Balls Red supplied Tundra Grey limestone for all wet areas, as well as feature stone mosaics for a truly striking finish.

This lifestyle home also features a resort-style pool landscape, a gym, an outdoor bar and a teenage retreat, a petite version of the main home.

Congratulations to our clients Nicky and Paul and the PJH team on such a remarkable project.
